 The Communications/Historian Ministry shares the church's story in ways that move people toward becoming disciples of Jesus Christ. It develops means for providing information to the congregation on God's redeeming love for the world. It offers guidance to other ministries in their efforts to utilize communication techniques and strategies to more effectively attain the goals of making disciples of Jesus Christ. The ministry also serves to publicize church activities, programs, and events through the use of various appropriate means. It advises the church in the selection and ethical use of electronic media in expounding the message of the Church. It creates and accepts materials from other ministries and committees for the preservation and compilation of church history and celebration its heritage.
